Data Protection
In the area of Data Protection, we assist our clients in implementing the security measures required by the General Data Protection Regulation, helping them to identify the data processing performed, and providing the informative clauses and ARCO rights forms (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).
Additionally, we have a DATA PROTECTION OFFICER, who is a data protection specialist in charge of advising the clients themselves, as well as supervising regulatory compliance, cooperation/liaison with the AEPD, and handling any issues or queries in this regard.
